Hello, I'm the gentleman from Colorado who owns this piano. I have finally got the answers on the origin of this piano from The Antique Piano Shop (https://www.antiquepianoshop.com). Here's what they know:

Delmar pianos were manufactured by The Kohler & Campbell Piano Company of New York. Based on the serial number you provided, your piano was built circa 1907. Your piano is made of imported Honduran Mahogany wood and is of the Colonial style.
