Kenaware Park

Today, while looking for something else entirely, I came across this gem. It is a plan for Kenaware Park - a 1925 subdivision that never was.

This would be today's town hall, the former Delmar School, NOT the high school.  This school did open in 1925.  The high school, built in 1932, is today's middle school.
